How I get in here
After leaving Orzel Infotech to pursue better career opportunities and assist startups in achieving their objectives and success, I began searching for a new job. That's when I stumbled upon Testwin's job opening for a UX Designer. Within three days of applying, I received a call informing me that I had been shortlisted for an interview.
I went through a rigorous interview process consisting of five rounds, including the HR and CEO rounds. As part of the process, I also completed an assignment that allowed me to showcase my design skills.
Thanks to my ambition and hard work, I was one of the top three candidates selected for the position, despite there being only two positions available. Ultimately, CTO Dharmendra was impressed with my skills and decided to move forward only with me, and I officially began working with Testwin on Monday.

Overview
Working at Testwin was an incredible experience for me. I had the opportunity to work with a highly motivated and skilled team, who made my time at Testwin both productive and enjoyable. The team at Testwin was always ready to help and support each other, The CEO Aakash Singh was an amazing Enthusutic personality who created a great work environment.
One of my most memorable experiences at Testwin was working on enhancing the experience of the Testwin app. I was also a part of the team responsible for creating a data-driven dashboard, which involved brainstorming and developing new ideas. This project was challenging, but it allowed me to enhance my skills and knowledge of software development.
Challenges
The project was challenging, and we faced several obstacles along the way, but the team's collaborative and supportive nature made it easier to overcome these challenges. The team's professionalism, technical expertise, and dedication to quality made working at Testwin a rewarding experience. It was inspiring to work with a team that was always ready to help and support each other.
In addition to the challenging projects, the team at Testwin was also dedicated to having fun. We often participated in team-building exercises, such as escape rooms and group dinners, which helped us to bond and become a more cohesive team. It was refreshing to work with a team that was not only professional but also had a great sense of humor.

Task Assigned
#1 I was assigned to Design a Metrics-driven Dashboard for the Testwin app to monitor and analyze user engagement metrics for our mobile app. While the goal was clear, we faced a number of challenges along the way.
#2 The Second task I was assigned was to Enhance the user experience of our mobile app to improve customer satisfaction and retention
When working on a Sprint, it was important to complete multiple tasks at the same time, which required dividing my attention and effort between two or more activities simultaneously. This meant I needed to be skilled at multitasking and able to prioritize and manage my time effectively to accomplish the desired results within the given timeframe.
I Begin with the app. However, we faced several challenges in this process.
Problem Statement
In India, 90 Million students are preparing for exams on digital platforms, However, the unfortunate reality is that 80% of these students leave their preparation in between on digital platforms.
70% of students have doubts about selected topics but they have to buy Expensive Courses.
Digital learning often lacks the excitement and rewards present in mobile games, because of this students do not get enough nudges to remain engaged.

Solution Iterations
Testwin is located in Jaipur, housed within the Bhamashah Technohub (BTH) building. BTH is a government-supported platform aimed at fostering the growth and development of startup ideas into successful organizations. In the same building, college students frequently visit on weekends to gain exposure to the startup experience. I saw this as an opportunity to conduct user interviews, as these college students comprised a suitable target audience.
Akash Sir (CEO), Garima, and I engaged in daily brainstorming sessions to generate ideas and proposals for improving the Testwin app. After two weeks of intense ideation, we reached a consensus on the wireframes for the app.
Despite Akash Sir's clear and focused approach, he had already created the user flow, journey, and information architecture for the Testwin app. So after we came to a solution about what we can give users on our Platform After Multiple Iteration, we ended up with these points
What do We give?
Gamification & Rewards Cashback
Student Learning Outcome
Focused Content Selection
AI/ML Assistance
Large Pool of Subject Matter Experts/Institutes/Teachers

User Research
we conducted user research by interviewing 12 individuals on-site at BTH Building about their Learning experience from the existing platforms. We also distributed a Google Form survey to gather quantitative data and reach a larger audience.
Some of the questions are:
What is your age and gender?
What is your educational background?
Have you used any gamified learning platforms before? If yes, which ones?
How often do you use those apps?
What are the features you don’t like the most in those apps?
How do you currently prepare for competitive exams like NEET, JEE, and UPSC?
What challenges do you face while preparing for these exams?
What features would you like to see in a gamified learning platform?
How frequently do you use mobile applications for studying or learning purposes?
What motivates you to continue studying or preparing for exams?
What incentives or rewards would you find most appealing for using a gamified learning platform?
Would you be willing to pay for a gamified learning platform with added features and benefits? How much amount?
How do you think Testwin can help you achieve your goals for these competitive exams?
What improvements would you suggest to make the Testwin platform more effective and engaging?

Typography & Color Theory
After conducting research and analysis, I found that the orange/peach color used in the old app did not accurately represent the brand identity. Therefore, I searched for a more appropriate color that would be better suited for the app.

The color, referred to as "electric purple", is a deep shade of purple-blue. It is recognized as a bold and eye-catching color that can convey a sense of creativity, uniqueness, and extravagance. As a result, it is commonly used in branding and marketing efforts for products or services that aim to differentiate themselves. Based on my findings, I believe that this color would be more fitting for Teswin.
Final Outcome

Kudos
To provide AI/ML-assisted goal-oriented learning, Our Product Development Team including my friend Rajat and Kushal, used advanced algorithms to track learners' progress and provide personalized recommendations and feedback. This helped learners to stay on track with their studies and receive targeted support where needed.
2nd Task - Design a Dashboard for Testwin
At Testwin, our team was tasked with Designing & developing a data-driven dashboard to monitor and analyze user engagement metrics for our mobile app.
Problem
To address these problems and challenges, it is important to have a clear plan in place for how the data-driven dashboard will be used and what data will be collected. This should involve collaboration between different stakeholders, including technical experts and business users, to ensure that everyone has a shared understanding of the goals and objectives of the dashboard.
The primary challenge we faced was a lack of clarity about what data needed to be collected and how it would be used to inform decision-making. We addressed this by collaborating with stakeholders from different departments, including product management and marketing, to ensure that everyone had a shared understanding of the purpose of the dashboard and the data that would be collected.
Another challenge we faced was the need for technical expertise in data collection and analysis. To overcome this challenge, we engaged with our data science team to help identify the appropriate metrics to track and develop algorithms to analyze the data effectively. We also implemented data quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data being collected.
