The process of Building
Understanding the Problem and Target Audience
Through extensive market research and industry analysis, we identified critical pain points in the traditional hiring process, such as time-consuming manual verifications, rising fraud cases, and overall inefficiency. E-Charitra's primary target audience comprises B2B clients, specifically startups, SMEs, and MSMEs facing hiring challenges. Understanding their specific needs and pain points was crucial for tailoring the solution effectively.
Product Development and Design
We developed various use cases based on the target audience's pain points, including mass verification, bulk uploads, API integrations, and dashboard customizations. Core functionalities and workflows were meticulously outlined, such as data validation, document verification, background checks, and report generation. A cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists was assembled to bring the product vision to life.

After extensive iterations, research, brainstorming, and decisions on color theory, typography, design systems, and the product, we successfully developed the E-Charitra platform. This product effectively addresses key challenges in the hiring process by providing a streamlined solution for background checks and candidate verification. The result is a comprehensive HRMS (Hiring Revolution Master Solution) that enhances transparency, improves efficiency and supports seamless onboarding and offboarding.




Takeaway
Building E-Charitra from scratch to a live product introduced to the market was an incredible challenge and learning experience. The successful launch, piloted with over 60 HR professionals and 25 companies, provided exceptional feedback. This project taught me valuable lessons in team building, product management, meeting deadlines, market understanding, and collaboration. Despite NDA restrictions preventing me from disclosing the entire process, the dedication to E-Charitra was unparalleled. This experience significantly enhanced my skills in business development, client relations, and solving unseen problems, marking a pivotal moment in my career.
