About TN Network
TN Network is a Maharashtra-based startup founded by Vasudev Kale and Vipul Kadam. It is India's first property search platform specifically designed for tenants, by tenants. The application aims to provide users with a seamless and hassle-free experience in finding a suitable rental property. The primary goal of the project was to create a user-friendly mobile application that would enable tenants to search, filter, and book rental properties with ease.
The Process
Problem Statement
The property listing process can be a headache for property owners, and brokers often charge exorbitant deposit fees.
Difficulty in finding a suitable rental property within a specific budget.
The tedious and time-consuming process of property searching, with limited filter options.
Limited options for short-term rental properties for students and working professionals.
Limited availability of rental properties that cater to large families or groups.
Difficulty in accessing information about rental properties in rural areas.
Lack of trust and safety concerns when dealing with landlords and agents.
There are several middlemen involved in Dealing with & collecting tokens or deposits.
Solution
Create a user-friendly platform that simplifies the property listing process for property owners, eliminating the need for intermediaries like brokers.
Implement a fair and transparent pricing system that eliminates exorbitant deposit fees charged by brokers.
Develop an advanced search system with extensive filter options, making it easier for tenants to find a suitable rental property within their budget.
Introduce short-term rental options specifically for families who want to spend their vacation period at a weekend home. This will provide families with more options for affordable and comfortable accommodation during their vacation period.
Increase the availability of rental properties that cater to large families or groups, such as multi-bedroom apartments or houses.
Expand the database of rental properties to include rural areas, providing tenants with more options outside of urban areas.
To streamline the onboarding process and make it easier for users to explore properties, the onboarding flow should be broken down into 2-3 steps.
Eliminate the need for intermediaries by creating a direct payment system between tenants and landlords, reducing transaction costs and providing a more streamlined process.
Offer additional support and resources for landlords and tenants to ensure a smooth and hassle-free rental experience.

I want to create a color palette that reflects trust, belief, easy accessibility, functioning, and versatility.Brand Identity: Black might be a part of TN Network's brand identity and overall branding strategy. It could be used to convey a sense of trustworthiness and reliability. Black can also help create a clear and easy-to-read interface, primarily when used with white or other contrasting colors. Therefore, I ultimately ended up with these colors and fonts.
